ROTW Weather

What city is the ROTW weather reports for? I ask because it says that the high tomorrow is going to be 68 degrees tomorrow, but every other weather site says it is going to be in the low 80's. ROTW weather always seems to off 15 plus degrees. Just curious as to why. Of course if the high turns out to be 68 I'll be eating crow...

Here is part of it.

'Look for continued slightly above normal highs generally in the
middle 70s and 80s above 5000 feet, with lower 80s and 90s below 5000
feet. Lows will continue to be chilly due to the dry air this evening
with temperatures in the 30s and 40s."

I can understand if one is in a hurry it can be decieving.
Not sure why they do it that way.

I have Weather Underground bookmarked on my iPad. It's local and gives you not only a prediction but up-to-the minute reports. I like Socalweather.net for predictions, but usually they're only every few days. I gave up on looking at the icons on this site ages ago.
